➖ Cancer Care Advancement: Nigeria enrolled its first patient in the Innovative Cancer Medicine (ICM) Demonstration Project at the National Hospital, Abuja ,a milestone in access to cutting-edge treatment.

➖Health Meets Energy: The Minister received a delegation from Landell Mills Ltd (UK PACT Project) to develop a structured framework for healthcare electrification — ensuring sustainable, reliable power for health facilities nationwide.

➖Engagements for Better Health:
> Met with international oncology partners — Society for Translational Oncology, BMS, CHAI, and PICT, to deepen collaboration on cancer care.
> Welcomed the new NARD leadership, reaffirming FG’s commitment to industrial harmony and improved welfare.
> Participated in the 12th BHCPF Ministerial Oversight Committee, approving ₦32.9 billion disbursement under the new BHCPF 2.0 framework.
> Served as Special Guest of Honour at the launch of the Automated National Standing Orders (NSO) Mobile App digitizing care protocols for community health workers.

Rounded off the week in Lagos at the launch of “The Weight of Air: Surviving the Invisible Storm,” lending support to mental health advocacy.
