The Governor of Katsina State, Dr. Dikko Umar Radda, today, in the company of some of his senior government officials, visited to the resting place of our boss, former President Muhammadu Buhari. They offered prayers for the soul of the departed leader, seeking Allah’s mercy and eternal peace for him.
