The University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) reported today that its biometric capturing for the first-semester examinations which began on 23rd march has entered its peak phase. The university warned that students who fail to capture their data by the weekend will not be allowed into CBT halls.
The University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) had officially released the schedule for the mandatory Biometric Data Capturing Exercise. This exercise is a prerequisite for all students registered for courses administered via Computer-Based Tests (CBT) or Computer-Based Examinations (CBE), including General Studies courses like GSP 111.
Exercise Details
Dates: Monday, March 23 – Friday, April 3, 2026
Venue: Nnamdi Azikiwe Library CBT Hall
Daily Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Mandatory Attendance
The following categories of students are required to participate:
All First-Year Students.
Upper-level students who were not captured during previous biometric exercises.
Note: Students who fail to complete this capturing will be denied access to the CBT examination halls.
